Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency.

Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing personalised recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction with every visit.

Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment, to uphold hygiene and safety standards.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a barista in a fast-paced café or coffee shop environment.

A strong passion for coffee and a desire to continually expand your knowledge and skills in the craft.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with a diverse range of customers.

Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso extraction, and milk texturing techniques.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure during peak periods.

Relevant qualifications and certifications to work as a barista in NSW, Australia.

Requirements:
